Tim Tully founded the company
in 1994 and is the principal
consultant. In addition to his consulting experience he has over 19 years of
management experience including
eight years as New Berlin’s
full time Mayor. |

Mr. Tully is an
experienced facilitator, providing
highly successful workshops in which
participants experience break through
learning on skills associated with
performance feedback. Over the years
he has discovered that many managers
suffer from the “avoidance syndrome”
when it comes to providing feedback
to their employees. That is to say,
because they don’t know how
to give feedback, they often avoid
the interaction altogether. In response
to this, Tim has developed highly
regarded facilitation and coaching
skills resulting in those he instructs
becoming confident and competent leaders.

is affiliated with internationally
recognized organizations as well as
local agencies. Mr. Tully delivers
many of the learning sessions himself,
or at other times, he works with affiliates
to provide specific solutions.

deliver Blanchard’s highly acclaimed
flagship offering - Situational
Leadership® II (SLII®).
Currently, he is the only Milwaukee-area
independent contractor authorized
to deliver SLII®.

Corporation through their Minneapolis
agency. He has extensive experience with Wilson Learning’s
Chicago-based Assessment Center Team
and is a certified assessor.
